Creating The Difference has hired David Jones as a Product Technician. Over the past year, CtD has been growing extremely fast. From offering innovative products like The Clear to offering free USBC certified coaching to members of its Staff program, CtD continues to expand on its mission to help grow bowling through education and innovation. As a result, this has given way for the ability to expand its personnel. David Jones has worked in the bowling industry for almost 50 years. Most recently, he was a lab technician at Ebonite International for the past 9 years. David Jones said. “As soon as I was let go, I reached out to Ron and inquired about the possibility of working together again. I have known him and his family his entire life. To this day I still bowl with family.”
CEO Ronald Hickland stated, “Dave taught me how to drill bowling balls growing up and I worked for him in a pro shop in high school. When I was at EBI, I hired Dave to come work for me in Research and Development. Knowing his background, experience and expertise made hiring him to help us an easy decision. He will be assisting us with Product Development and Pro Shop Services.”
Promotions at Creating the Difference
Tracy Pearson hired in as Shipping Coordinator in 2019. She quickly mastered that role and responsibility. Due to her great work ethic she is being promoted to Shipping Manager. CtD ships extremely fast and their customers really appreciate that. In order to keep up with the increasing demand, CtD had a custom software designed to increase efficiency and improve order fulfilment times. These technological advancements will allow them to be able to scale as the demand for their growing list of products continues to rise.
Christopher Muldrow has moved into a new role as Pro Shop Sales Manager. In this new position, CtD will be able to work more closely with our pro shop partners. Chris will start out in the midwest and help grow the brand within the proshop community.
